1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire and attract new clients.
4. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a luxury standard of service.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
6. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
7. Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty through the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
8. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
11. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
12. Update client data and sales information in the iPOS tool.
13. Utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
