Parfums Christian Dior Area Sales Manager

- Drive sales promotion of perfumes, skincare, and makeup products within assigned territory.
- Develop and nurture strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Enhance sell-out performance and ensure achievement of sales targets at each point of sale.
- Execute various promotional activities and ensure availability of necessary sales materials such as promotional gifts and displays.
- Train sales staff at points of sale on product knowledge, sales techniques, service, and the DIOR brand DNA.
- Monitor and update the Global Trade System (GTS).
- Ensure implementation of planograms according to DIOR guidelines and optimize space for increased visibility.
- Participate in sales conferences, product training, and other relevant meetings.
- Support sales promotion planning and evaluate promotional activities.
- Commercial training with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, preferably in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Fluent in German with good command of English.
- Strong customer orientation and empathy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of networking.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Commercial training or equivalent experience.
