1. Manage supplier quality performance for precision components, including incoming inspection requirements, acceptance criteria and quality agreements.
2. Perform supplier audits and on-site assessments to verify compliance with technical specifications, contractual obligations and quality management systems.
3. Investigate supplier non-conformities, lead root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (8D) until closure.
4. Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering and Production to qualify new suppliers, approve first articles and maintain supplier scorecards.
5. Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans and quality documentation; support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in supplier quality management within precision manufacturing, watchmaking or luxury goods supply chains.
3. Practical knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA and SPC.
4. Demonstrable experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions end-to-end.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
