- Oversee the retail network and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators and operational excellence.
- Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region.
- Ensure regional adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and implement specific business plans for each boutique, facilitating discussions with boutique managers.
- Coach and develop boutique managers and their teams to maximize success.
- Innovate new business ideas to enhance clientelling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the VP and Human Resources on staffing and development matters.
- Manage P&L, monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
- Ensure operational execution of policies and procedures and adherence to Loss Prevention practices.
- Execute special projects as designated by management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of multi-store retail management experience
- Affinity for luxury goods; experience in watches and jewelry is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficiency in P&L management
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and present alternative viewpoints
- High level of business and social etiquette
- Willingness to travel extensively (80%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Familiarity with internet applications
A minimum of 10 years in multi-store retail management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Bachelor’s degree
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
