1. Oversee the retail network and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators and operational excellence.
2. Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region.
3. Ensure regional adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.
4. Develop and implement specific business plans for each boutique, facilitating discussions with boutique managers.
5. Coach and develop boutique managers and their teams to maximize success.
6. Innovate new business ideas to enhance clientelling opportunities.
7. Collaborate with the VP and Human Resources on staffing and development matters.
8. Manage P&L, monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
9. Ensure operational execution of policies and procedures and adherence to Loss Prevention practices.
10. Execute special projects as designated by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 10 years of multi-store retail management experience
3. Affinity for luxury goods; experience in watches and jewelry is advantageous
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities
5. Proficiency in P&L management
6. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to challenge the status quo and present alternative viewpoints
8. High level of business and social etiquette
9. Willingness to travel extensively (80%)

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
2. Experience with SAP preferred
3. Familiarity with internet applications

A minimum of 10 years in multi-store retail management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Bachelor’s degree

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
