- Manage delivery of KPIs, Operational Excellence, and Retail signature.
- Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region.
- Ensure the region exemplifies best practices according to brand guidelines.
- Create specific business plans per boutique and facilitate discussions with boutique managers.
- Coach, develop, and maximize the success of all boutique managers and their teams.
- Develop new business ideas to elevate clientelling opportunities.
- Partner with VP and Human Resources on staffing and development issues.
- Manage P&L, including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
- Ensure operational execution of policies and procedures.
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are followed within boutiques.
- Perform special projects as designated by management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience
- Affinity for luxury goods; Watch and jewelry experience a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to manage a P&L
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Challenges the status quo; able to present a different point of view
- High level of etiquette – business and social
- Ability to travel extensively (80%)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- SAP preferred
- Internet applications
At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
