Retail Regional Director

1. Manage delivery of KPIs, Operational Excellence, and Retail signature.
2. Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region.
3. Ensure the region exemplifies best practices according to brand guidelines.
4. Create specific business plans per boutique and facilitate discussions with boutique managers.
5. Coach, develop, and maximize the success of all boutique managers and their teams.
6. Develop new business ideas to elevate clientelling opportunities.
7. Partner with VP and Human Resources on staffing and development issues.
8. Manage P&L, including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
9. Ensure operational execution of policies and procedures.
10. Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are followed within boutiques.
11. Perform special projects as designated by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience
3. Affinity for luxury goods; Watch and jewelry experience a plus
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities
5. Ability to manage a P&L
6. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
7. Challenges the status quo; able to present a different point of view
8. High level of etiquette – business and social
9. Ability to travel extensively (80%)

1. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
2. SAP preferred
3. Internet applications

At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
