1. Achieve individual sales objectives and contribute to boutique sales goals.
2. Develop and maintain a robust client network and clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Possess comprehensive product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
6. Develop proficiency in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the boutique's aesthetic quality is maintained.
8. Open and close the boutique as required.
9. Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
11. Handle product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
6. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Expected salary range: $21 - $25 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
