- Serve as the HR Business Partner for various departments with a focus on International Sales.
- Act as the primary contact for leadership, performance management, development, succession planning, talent management, and recruitment for assigned departments.
- Support and guide executives and directors in strategic workforce planning.
- Develop and implement timely HR solutions in collaboration with leadership.
- Advise and assist leaders in organizational and team development, as well as change management processes.
- Provide legal advice and mediation in employment-related matters.
- Implement new HR tools and processes while continuously optimizing internal procedures.
- Manage the salary review process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in expert roles within an international company, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Consulting, facilitation, and coaching expertise.
- Extensive strategic and operational experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of German labor law and experience working with employee representatives.
- High level of commitment, initiative, dynamism, and execution orientation.
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually with strong operational implementation skills.
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
