1. Serve as the HR Business Partner for various departments with a focus on International Sales.
2. Act as the primary contact for leadership, performance management, development, succession planning, talent management, and recruitment for assigned departments.
3. Support and guide executives and directors in strategic workforce planning.
4. Develop and implement timely HR solutions in collaboration with leadership.
5. Advise and assist leaders in organizational and team development, as well as change management processes.
6. Provide legal advice and mediation in employment-related matters.
7. Implement new HR tools and processes while continuously optimizing internal procedures.
8. Manage the salary review process.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in expert roles within an international company, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.

1. Consulting, facilitation, and coaching expertise.
2. Extensive strategic and operational experience in recruitment and talent management.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of German labor law and experience working with employee representatives.
4. High level of commitment, initiative, dynamism, and execution orientation.
5. Ability to think strategically and conceptually with strong operational implementation skills.
6. Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills.
7. Fluency in English and German.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in expert roles within an international company, ideally in the consumer goods or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management or equivalent.
