Montblanc Customer Support Administrator

- Systematically process repairs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with vendor timelines.
- Manage the after-sales email communications for the luxury brand.
- Handle inbound calls from boutiques, providing necessary support and solutions.
- Foster strong relationships by achieving first contact resolution.
- Process spare parts orders on a daily basis.
- Coordinate communication with factories and respond to vendor requests for feedback and updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred knowledge of SAP.

Experience in customer service within a luxury brand environment is preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
