- Serve as the primary contact for customers of the Client Relations Centre Europe, providing guidance on online boutique sales and after-sales inquiries.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English, with additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or German being advantageous.
- Identify and cultivate customer interest, converting inquiries into phone orders.
- Enhance sales through cross-selling and up-selling strategies to increase average transaction value.
- Ensure precise entry of phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations, and refunds in internal systems.
- Assist customers with online order placements over the phone.
- Independently manage customer requests related to repair status, pricing, and technical explanations.
- Address and resolve complaints through phone, email, or chat.
- Monitor delivery timelines and collaborate with the distribution center regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
- Conduct credit checks on online customers and manually validate all online orders to prevent fraud.
- Completed university studies or equivalent training in retail or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian, German, and English is mandatory.
- Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call centers, or hospitality, with phone sales experience preferred.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to maintain composure and flexibility in stressful situations.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and holidays as needed.
Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call centers, or hospitality, ideally with phone sales experience.
Completed university studies or comparable education in retail or a related field.
