- Serve as the primary contact for customers of the Client Relations Centre Europe, providing advisory services on sales through the Online Boutique and after-sales topics.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in French and English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German being advantageous.
- Convert customer interest into phone orders and enhance sales through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Accurately process phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations, and refunds in internal systems.
- Assist customers with online order entries and independently manage customer inquiries regarding repair status, pricing, and technical explanations.
- Address customer complaints through phone, email, or chat and monitor delivery times in collaboration with the distribution centre.
- Conduct creditworthiness checks and manually validate online orders to ensure fraud prevention.
- Completed university studies or equivalent training in retail or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call centers, or hospitality, with a preference for phone sales experience.
- Sales experience or customer contact in retail is advantageous.
- Fluency in French, German, and English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and a positive attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with luxury goods customers.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Flexibility and resilience in stressful situations.
- Willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays and holidays.
Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call centers, or hospitality, ideally with phone sales experience.
Completed university studies or equivalent training in retail or a comparable field.
