Montblanc Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

- Execute product display presentations adhering to global visual guidelines for Retail and Wholesale accounts across the East Coast.
- Engage in extensive weekly travel to flagship boutiques, employing a hands-on approach to enhance sales through visual merchandising and collaboration with Regional Sales Directors.
- Create visually compelling displays aligned with the global brand strategy, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of point-of-sale materials, ensuring alignment with current and future visual setups.
- Plan and coordinate quarterly window campaigns and seasonal in-store launch decorations.
- Assist the Retail Design team in planning new boutique openings, including visual merchandising for Shop-In-Shops, Pop-Ups, and special events.
- Train and educate Boutique VM Ambassadors and Wholesale partners on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with Regional Wholesale Directors to identify new business opportunities and enhance brand experience.
- Plan and submit quarterly visual merchandising calendars, detailing visits to boutiques and wholesale accounts.
- Create visual merchandising photo recap reports post-store visits and campaign launches.
- Previous luxury retail experience in the leather and accessories industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising field experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital photography.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage travel and expenses within a budget.
A minimum of 3-5 years in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector, particularly in leather and accessories.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
Annual salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
