Moët Hennessy Hospitality Manager

- Ensure the seamless operation of both public and private hospitality services at Château Galoupet.
- Enhance the brand's reputation by embodying and communicating its core values.
- Drive revenue growth through paid receptions, guided tours, retail sales, and café operations.
- Manage, train, and motivate the hospitality team, including temporary event staff.
- Oversee scheduling and execution of visit programs and reservations.
- Ensure smooth execution of private and paid receptions and seminars.
- Supervise stock management, including procurement and inventory.
- Develop and manage boutique sales, including accounting and cash handling.
- Maintain brand image, merchandising, and quality of experience in line with the Maison's values.
- Ensure logistical organization of site activations, adhering to safety and standards.
- Collect and analyze data to publish necessary statistics.
- Promote brand awareness among guests and recommend necessary domain improvements.
- Participate in organizing public relations events and occasionally host client meals.
- Represent Château Galoupet's hospitality within Moët Hennessy and regional economic actors.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Tourism, Management, Hospitality, or Public Relations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
- Professional experience in retail, tourism, hospitality, or cultural sectors with team management experience.
- Proficiency in IT tools and adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
- Team management and external relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to represent the Maison effectively.
