1. Lead the general services activities ensuring the health and safety of team members.
2. Supervise team scheduling to ensure continuity of site operations.
3. Implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of services.
4. Participate in drafting service specifications and manage contract execution.
5. Develop and monitor operational and investment budgets for the sites.
6. Coordinate communication activities, maintenance of green spaces, cleaning, waste removal, reception, and telephony.
7. Oversee the management of the vehicle fleet.
8. Collaborate with the hospitality service to organize events.
9. Ensure site security through the management of security personnel.
10. Manage real estate improvement projects, including staff accommodations.
11. Recommend and implement necessary works to maintain the estate's image and compliance with standards.
