Moët Hennessy Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist Intern

- Conduct a comprehensive characterization of the vineyard plots, focusing on soil functionality and terroir.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term technical itineraries to enhance soil fertility and vineyard soil management.
- Analyze the techno-economic costs of proposed solutions.
- Assist the vineyard manager in technical monitoring, including pest and disease management, and irrigation control.
- Participate in vineyard green work such as de-budding, lifting, and thinning.
- Monitor various vineyard trials, including biodynamic practices and cover crops.
- Estimate yields and monitor grape maturity.
- Participate in all cellar operations during the harvest period, focusing on the vinification of rosé, white, and red wines.
- Motivated and curious individual with a passion for viticulture and oenology.
- Autonomous decision-making skills in the field.
- Experience in international winemaking is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for soil and vineyard management.
- Technical knowledge in viticulture and oenology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in both French and English.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with international winemaking exposure.
