Moët Hennessy Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist Intern

1. Conduct a comprehensive characterization of the vineyard plots, focusing on soil functionality and terroir.
2. Develop short, medium, and long-term technical itineraries to enhance soil fertility and vineyard soil management.
3. Analyze the techno-economic costs of proposed solutions.
4. Assist the vineyard manager in technical monitoring, including pest and disease management, and irrigation control.
5. Participate in vineyard green work such as de-budding, lifting, and thinning.
6. Monitor various vineyard trials, including biodynamic practices and cover crops.
7. Estimate yields and monitor grape maturity.
8. Participate in all cellar operations during the harvest period, focusing on the vinification of rosé, white, and red wines.

1. Motivated and curious individual with a passion for viticulture and oenology.
2. Autonomous decision-making skills in the field.
3. Experience in international winemaking is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English is preferred.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with international winemaking exposure.

Pursuing or holding a degree in Agricultural Engineering or Oenology.

Compensation aligned with internship agreements.
