- Define and oversee the Trade Marketing strategy for wines across all distribution channels for the MH France portfolio.
- Manage operational activations by brand, including budget tracking, performance analysis, and recommendations.
- Coordinate major initiatives, particularly multichannel brand activations.
- Support the sales force with impactful sales tools such as arguments, product sheets, and brochures.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the prescription circuit (CHR) and various channels.
- Oversee POSM stock management: coordinate with marketing, monitor regional allocations, manage budgets, and provide annual reporting.
- Ensure updates to the field software (MHST).
- Participate in marketing plans and launches, offering proposals on commercial tools and process optimization.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with commercial teams.
- Ensure product communication through internal tools (Aspire, MHDP) in collaboration with Marketing, Pricing, and Supply departments.
- Monitor allocated products via Anaplan, define quotas, manage limited editions, and develop product catalogs.
- Lead projects related to Sales Force tools and develop materials for trade shows.
- Manage an apprentice.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in Commerce, Marketing, Business School, or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Customer Marketing, ideally within the wine & spirits or premium products sector.
- Strong product sensitivity and understanding of CHR and GMS channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across functions.
- Solid project management skills and proficiency with CRM/ERP tools (Aspire, Anaplan, MHDP).
- Meticulousness, analytical skills, pragmatic mindset, and creativity.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Customer Marketing, preferably in the wine & spirits or premium products industry.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) in Commerce, Marketing, Business School, or equivalent.
