- Support the rosé marketing team in the creative development, management, and reporting of brand events and activations.
- Contribute to brand and portfolio marketing initiatives with creativity and innovation.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to each brand’s positioning and codes across all touchpoints.
- Provide support and attend various events and tastings throughout the year.
- Assist the Customer Marketing team with rosé brand-related activations for on and off-trade.
- Organize and attend wine trade fairs and customer trade shows.
- Collaborate with PR agency contacts to consolidate and share relevant coverage across rosé brands.
- Support influencer and KOL sampling programs with the marketing team and agencies.
- Participate in agency meetings and manage brand collaterals, including POSM, stock, and logistics.
- Assist in developing the brand’s CRM strategy and monthly communication plan.
- Create brand and communication materials for internal and external use.
- Support the development and management of a vintage release calendar and communication plan.
- Manage point of sales materials, including orders, stock, and logistics.
- Provide financial support by creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budget expenditure.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Sales Admin, providing updated product information.
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience or internship in Brand Management, PR and Communications, or Events and Sponsorships is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in wine and brand building
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internships or work experience in relevant fields.
