- Support the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team in establishing expatriate packages and drafting contractual documents for expatriates.
- Coordinate with payroll and third-party providers for expatriates' benefits and update the international mobilities database.
- Manage end-of-assignment processes and respond to ad-hoc queries from the Group.
- Prepare compensation packages for promotions and consolidate profit-sharing schemes.
- Track participation in the free performance share program and participate in global projects.
- Develop the C&B community across Maisons and regions through regular touchpoints and sharing best practices.
- Create and update communication materials, including newsletters and directories, and support the drafting of C&B policy.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Interest in Compensation & Benefits with a desire to consolidate knowledge in this area.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Respect for confidentiality.
Ideally, candidates should have some initial experience in Human Resources.
Currently studying a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields.
Transport reimbursement at 75%, meal voucher card at 50%, and two days of remote work per week.
