- Support the Global Reward team in executing the division's reward agenda and assist HR/D&R teams globally.
- Contribute to various compensation and benefits projects, including data analysis if interested.
- Promote initiatives that support employees and the business, fostering an integrated reward community at MH International.
- Collaborate with Senior Reward Managers and the Digital HR team on key activities, receiving guidance and support for personal development.
- Coordinate international mobility, including expatriate packages, contractual documentation, and liaising with payroll and third parties.
- Maintain and update the international mobility database and manage end-of-assignment processes.
- Prepare compensation packages for promotions and consolidate profit-sharing plans.
- Monitor participation in the performance free share program and support global team projects.
- Develop and update communication materials throughout annual processes and projects.
- Support the drafting of C&B policies and evaluate the development of deliverables.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Interest in compensation and benefits with a desire to deepen knowledge in the field.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity to thrive in a demanding environment.
- Teamwork and initiative-taking abilities, with autonomy and proactive spirit.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability for collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in Human Resources.
Master's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields.
The position offers a 75% reimbursement of transportation costs, a 50% contribution to meal vouchers, and two days of remote work per week.
