- Develop and expand the brand portfolio's visibility and sales within the assigned region, adhering to the commercial policy.
- Conduct regular prospecting activities to enhance potential revenue and client portfolio.
- Drive premium distribution and sales acceleration, ensuring profitability across the sales sector.
- Negotiate and implement actions to enhance brand visibility and desirability in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Analyze sector results and propose recommendations to improve brand performance.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions, including client solvency and payment terms, and manage client collections.
- Manage quotas and budgets, including expenses, samples, and POSM, within defined parameters.
- Identify and implement effective business levers, monitoring the results achieved.
- Report market and competitor information to the Regional Director.
- Maintain rigorous activity reporting through Salesforce, including visits and data collection.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in the CHR sector.
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the CHR sector.
Includes a company car, with a requirement for a valid driver's license (Category B) and a minimum age of 21 years.
