- Analyze key performance indicators to assess and enhance sales performance.
- Implement strategic action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal deployment of trade marketing resources to boost product sales and visibility.
- Prospect and expand Off-Trade accounts within the designated sector.
- Ensure comprehensive product listing and amplify presence through additional listings in all stores.
- Enhance product visibility and accessibility in collaboration with clients.
- Execute national merchandising plans to highlight the unique and premium nature of the brands.
- Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns in alignment with brand image and sales objectives.
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime product placement.
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, providing product education and training to stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competition, recommending additional business opportunities and continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.
- Successful experience in sales, ideally within the wine and spirits industry or a related field.
- Proven ability to analyze commercial performance and manage key indicators.
