- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports for Moët Hennessy and LVMH, utilizing Power BI for internal reporting to executive management.
- Conduct variance analysis on monthly business activities, providing management with insights into performance against objectives.
- Support forecast planning, including LE’s, PreBudget, Final Budget, and R&Os, and assist the Finance Manager with the integration of new forecasting tools.
- Manage data consolidation by coordinating inputs from various markets and performing data consistency checks.
- Collaborate with the CFO and Finance Manager to prepare presentations for Moët Hennessy.
- Support the Finance Manager and Andean GM with monthly business follow-ups, ensuring robust data integration in Power BI and preparing customer price lists.
- Serve as a key contact for finance peers in regional markets.
- Develop and modernize monthly analysis tools to enhance efficiency and improve deliverables for LAC Markets and Region.
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline.
- Previous experience in corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Power Query, is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; basic knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, autonomous, efficient, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Beginner level experience in corporate finance is required.
A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline is required.
