Moët Hennessy Private Client Executive
Moët Hennessy is the wines and spirits division of the LVMH Group, representing a portfolio of prestigious Maisons celebrated for craftsmanship, terroir-driven quality and hospitality. - Provide end-to-end sales administration: process orders, manage payments, update pricing, and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare commercial reporting, offers, presentations and supporting documentation for the Private Client team.
- Conduct market and competitor research, including parallel import pricing and local market trend analysis.
- Monitor allocations, inventory and stock flows for Prestige and Rarity products.
- Plan, coordinate and execute client activations, tastings, product launches and bespoke experiences in market.
- Liaise with internal teams, Maisons and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery and compliance with MH Private guidelines.
- Manage event logistics (preparation, on-site execution and post-event follow-up) and produce event collateral (menus, invitations, booklets, POSM).
- Track A&P spending, maintain the Private Client activation calendar and support post-event reporting and analysis.
- Organize Maison visits, wine tours, hospitality reservations and client transfers; coordinate bespoke gifting for top clients.
- Support CRM initiatives and segmentation-driven client communications to nurture high-value relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, client services or events (experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, consumer goods or luxury preferred).
- Fluent Korean (required) and professional working proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software.
- Customer-focused commercial sense with the ability to translate client needs into value-added solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners.
- Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask under pressure and deliver results.

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales support, client services or events coordination; prior exposure to the Wine & Spirits, FMCG or luxury sectors is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience delivering client activations, managing CRM-driven initiatives and producing commercial reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
