- Support the Partnerships & Influence Communications team in developing international visibility for Moët Hennessy.
- Coordinate and monitor content validation processes with influencers.
- Update, track, and expand Moët Hennessy's contact network.
- Manage the 'Friends of Moët Hennessy' program annually.
- Assist in the comprehensive management of partnerships and sponsorships.
- Oversee budget management for partnerships.
- Track and manage partnerships throughout the year, including merchandise dispatch and invitation follow-ups.
- Propose emerging partnership opportunities for Moët Hennessy.
- Participate in organizing events related to communication contracts.
- Manage the editorial calendar for social media.
- Draft social media posts and conduct daily community management across platforms.
- Coordinate with international markets and Moët Hennessy Maisons.
- Prepare monthly reports on all social media platforms.
- Contribute to the creative brief definition, production, and post-production of social media content.
- Conduct thematic monitoring on social media.
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business School, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent with a specialization in Communication.
- Strong writing skills and synthesis ability.
- Proficient in both French and English writing.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent digital communication skills, particularly in social media.
- Proficiency in photo editing and video editing software (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Ability to manage projects with energy and precision.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Master's degree in progress in relevant fields such as Business, Communication, or Journalism.
