1. Support the National Key Accounts and National Key Independent Teams to optimize sales, visibility, and net proceeds.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and internal management.
3. Maintain customer Sales Planning Tools for accurate volume forecasts and profitability.
4. Develop promotional calendars and compile new line and pricing forms.
5. Assist in executing activation strategies and managing communication with state teams.
6. Track activation success and support event coordination.
7. Ensure timely processing of invoices and credits, and maintain product information accuracy.
8. Conduct customer promotional claim reconciliations and support administrative tasks.

1. Degree qualified
2. High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
3. Full English written and spoken proficiency

3. Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
4. High computer literacy
5. Attention to detail and time management skills

At least 2 years of administration or sales experience in an international FMCG or liquor company, with wine/spirit product knowledge and understanding of luxury brand business. Experience with Coles/Woolworths is desirable.
