- Support the CEO, Executive Committee, and Maisons in defining Moët Hennessy's global strategy.
- Identify potential investment opportunities across a wide range of scenarios, including established brands, artisanal brands, start-ups, and joint ventures.
- Present investment opportunities to the CEO.
- Execute M&A operations, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist operational teams in integrating new acquisitions.
- Contribute to the identification of targets in the wine and spirits sector.
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis of potential targets.
- Prepare presentation materials for the CEO, including strategic presentations and investment cases.
- Develop operational and valuation models, including market multiples, transaction multiples, and DCF.
- Manage M&A processes and due diligence, including Q&A and data room management.
- Update databases on recent transactions in the wine and spirits sector.
- Final year student at a Business or Engineering School or pursuing a Master's in Finance, Management, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in investment banking or Corporate M&A is advantageous.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dynamic, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a pursuit of excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Final year student at a Business or Engineering School or pursuing a Master's in Finance, Management, or Economics.
Compensation ranges from €1,400 to €1,600 depending on educational level.
