Moët Hennessy Key Account Manager - Wholesale

- Define and deliver listing objectives for targeted wholesaler accounts and specialists.
- Drive brand performance according to Brand Equity KPIs, including volume, value, distribution quality, and activation quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing and local Brand Managers to develop targeted activations.
- Negotiate yearly deals to serve the company's interests while enhancing collaboration.
- Establish long-term relationships with wholesaler accounts based on mutual trust and a win-win business model.
- Manage expectations of other wholesalers following the selective distributors' strategy.
- Influence indirect sales teams by motivating and driving the sales force to sell the company's portfolio using trainings, incentives, and sales support.
- Lead sell-through analysis for the area and propose action plans based on market analysis.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating strong relationships and emotional connections with customers and influencers.
- Develop a customer and trade influencers database and network.
- Organize and conduct tastings to train customer staff.
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding market conditions, competitive activities, and landscape to internal functions.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or key account management.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German (Swiss German) and/or Italian is advantageous.
- Commercial assertiveness and strong business acumen.
- Data analysis proficiency.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for craft spirits and ability to inspire others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Customer-focused with an enquiring mind and attention to detail.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the spirits industry.
A degree-level education is advantageous.
