- Define and deliver listing objectives for targeted wholesaler accounts and specialists.
- Drive brand performance in alignment with Brand Equity KPIs, focusing on volume, value, distribution quality, and activation quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing and local Brand Managers to develop targeted activations.
- Negotiate annual deals to advance Moët Hennessy's interests and enhance collaboration.
- Establish long-term relationships with wholesaler accounts based on mutual trust and a win-win business model.
- Manage expectations of other wholesalers following the selective distributors' strategy.
- Motivate and drive indirect sales teams to sell the Moët Hennessy portfolio through training, incentives, and sales support.
- Lead sell-through analysis for the area and propose action plans based on market analysis.
- Visit targeted specialist accounts to introduce and sell brands, focusing on product listing, commercial negotiation, and activation planning.
- Influence brand visibility and identify effective activation opportunities at consumer touchpoints.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating strong relationships and emotional connections with customers and influencers.
- Develop a customer and trade influencers database and network.
- Organize and conduct tastings to train customer staff.
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding market conditions and competitive activities to internal functions.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Degree level education is a plus.
- Fluency in French and/or German, with Swiss German being a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Commercial assertiveness and strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to apply information effectively.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous.
- Previous sales experience and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or a related field, with a preference for candidates with an existing network within the spirits industry.
