- Analyze brand performance within categories for assortment reviews and manage new product listings.
- Conduct performance analysis to provide business recommendations for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Ambassadors.
- Create business presentations for internal meetings, market visits, and customer meetings.
- Identify and analyze distribution gaps and develop strategic solutions.
- Identify business opportunities that can deliver incremental value.
- Collect, process, and analyze distribution depletions and cruise line consumption data.
- Ensure product availability within the designated perimeter.
- Prepare planning and monthly phasing per product and customer in coordination with commercial, finance, and supply teams.
- Manage sales forecast and demand planning reporting using internal tools such as SAP.
- Oversee sales orders, acting as a liaison between customer service and purchasing teams.
- Track A&P and FTT budgets in alignment with agreed plans, including invoice processing.
- Support the preparation of various internal financial reports.
- Act as the Cruise Line Trade Marketing Europe reference.
- Develop and implement tailor-made activations onboard European Luxury Cruises.
- Manage the ordering and dispatch of service materials.
- Support the organization of events such as Naming Ceremonies and Maison visits.
- Facilitate communication between Moët Hennessy and partner marketing and sales teams.
- Organize training sessions with MH Supervisors and Clients.
- Currently enrolled in a Business school, Engineering school, or equivalent University degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective planning and organizing abilities.
- Tolerance for stress.
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
Currently enrolled in a Business school, Engineering school, or equivalent University degree.
