- Participate in the construction, monitoring, and control of the IT budget, including both Opex (~€170M) and Capex (~€40M).
- Assist in the management of quarterly forecasts, production of quarterly reports, and ad-hoc presentations and analyses.
- Actively contribute to the Quartz V2 project, focusing on the redesign of the cost tracking dashboard using Power BI.
- Engage in the Valoptia project, establishing an IT cost model, a strategic initiative for both IT and the financial direction of Moët Hennessy.
- Support the annual budgetary process, PMT, and various revisions, including data collection and consolidation.
- Conduct daily monitoring of IT expenditures and variances from the budget, maintaining a rolling forecast of Opex and Capex.
- Participate in quarterly closings and reporting, including expense landing management, accounting instructions, and data loading into the group reporting tool, Essbase.
- Contribute to the improvement projects for IT budget controlling, including user requirement gathering, screen redesign, data maintenance process review, and scope extension from central to worldwide.
- Engineering or business school background, or Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited professional experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
