- Contribute to internal communication and employer branding projects within the HR department, collaborating with 26 Maisons and distribution markets.
- Participate in diverse internal and LinkedIn communication campaigns, including product launches, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and sustainable development projects.
- Assist in organizing and deploying an internal event in France, with international reach, managing logistics and dedicated applications.
- Coordinate communication for internal events in collaboration with corporate communication teams, including product launches and seasonal celebrations.
- Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate monthly meetings with the internal communication and employer branding community.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations on various topics.
- Support teams on various projects as needed.
- Master's degree in communication or business school with initial experience in communication.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach within matrix organizations.
- Initiative, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects within deadlines.
- Organizational skills, particularly for large-scale internal events.
- Strong writing skills in English and French, with style and impact.
- Proficiency in digital tools.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign is an advantage.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in communication.
Master's degree in communication or business school.
