- Organize the integration seminar for new hires, including training sessions on champagne and whiskey categories and meetings with the Executive Committee members.
- Manage internal event communications using Group tools.
- Act as the primary contact for campus population, conducting HR introductions for new arrivals and handling end-of-probation and internship interviews.
- Provide daily support in personnel administration, contributing to HR campaigns and maintaining updated reporting.
- Assist the HR Director in preparing and coordinating the social agenda.
- Participate in various cross-functional HR projects during the company's transformation phase.
- Collect training needs, develop individual and collective training plans, and collaborate with managers for approval.
- Consolidate the skills development plan and manage the overall training budget in coordination with the OPCO.
- Implement the training plan autonomously, organizing and scheduling training sessions with providers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
- Support the Senior HRBP in leading training commissions before the Employee Representative Bodies, presenting forecasted plans and completed actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Moët Hennessy and occasionally LVMH counterparts.
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's program in Human Resources.
- Strong curiosity and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
