1. Contribute to the development of tools and monitoring of social management control within the Corporate HR Department.
2. Produce factual and numerical data to support the deployment of the Corporate HR policy.
3. Monitor and analyze monthly variances against budget in close collaboration with the Finance department.
4. Ensure the quality and reliability of information in various tools designed for HR purposes.
5. Develop and maintain HR KPI dashboards for managers, including turnover rates, departure rates, and equality index.
6. Participate in budget exercises related to payroll and staffing.
7. Conduct studies and various analyses for the Corporate HR Department.
8. Handle ad hoc requests related to the HR Corporate Department's activities.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Finance or HR.
2. Strong affinity for numbers and analysis, with an interest in HR.

1. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
2. Curiosity and a passion for data analysis.
3. Interest in HRIS tools and systems.
4. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
5. Excellent command of office tools, particularly Excel.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Finance or HR.
