- Contribute to the development of tools and monitoring of social management control within the Corporate HR Department.
- Produce factual and numerical data to support the deployment of the Corporate HR policy.
- Monitor and analyze monthly variances against budget in close collaboration with the Finance department.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of information in various tools designed for HR purposes.
- Develop and maintain HR KPI dashboards for managers, including turnover rates, departure rates, and equality index.
- Participate in budget exercises related to payroll and staffing.
- Conduct studies and various analyses for the Corporate HR Department.
- Handle ad hoc requests related to the HR Corporate Department's activities.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Finance or HR.
- Strong affinity for numbers and analysis, with an interest in HR.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Curiosity and a passion for data analysis.
- Interest in HRIS tools and systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Excellent command of office tools, particularly Excel.
