- Manage the recruitment process for all interns and apprentices.
- Post internship and apprenticeship opportunities on appropriate platforms.
- Select and interview candidates.
- Assist managers in their recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new interns and apprentices in collaboration with People Services.
- Participate in the development of the training plan with Corporate HRBPs.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of training, including coordination with the Holding.
- Monitor training schedules and ensure successful execution with employees.
- Research training opportunities based on employee needs.
- Perform necessary administrative entries for training registration and execution.
- Coordinate with employees to ensure participation and measure satisfaction.
- Respond to daily employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to People Services.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives of the People Services department as needed.
- Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training management, recruitment, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer service and relationship management acumen.
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Aptitude for working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Entry-level experience required.
Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
