- Define and lead the digital, consumer engagement, and eBusiness strategy across paid, owned, and earned ecosystems to drive desirability, recruitment, and conversion.
- Own the media, retail media, and performance agenda, ensuring clear investment strategy and measurable contributions to awareness, acquisition, and revenue.
- Lead CRM and first-party data strategy, driving database growth, lifecycle communication, and personalization initiatives.
- Establish Moët Hennessy as a center of excellence for content, social, and consumer experience, ensuring alignment with Maison identity while enabling local relevance.
- Define influence and advocacy strategy, governing KOL, creator, and PR ecosystems to maximize earned amplification and engagement quality.
- Oversee eDTC and owned platforms, driving performance and seamless integration between communication, commerce, and consumer ecosystems.
- Build and lead a high-performing digital, consumer, and eBusiness team while elevating digital capability across the organization.
- Implement robust governance, reporting, and testing frameworks to ensure strong measurement discipline and continuous optimization.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in digital marketing, consumer engagement, and eCommerce, ideally within luxury, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries.
- Proven success in leading integrated demand ecosystems spanning media, CRM, content, influence, and D2C platforms.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize A&P investments and translate insights into business impact.
- Experience managing complex agency ecosystems and cross-functional stakeholders within matrix organizations.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, media effectiveness, retail media, CRM, and emerging digital technologies.
