- Develop comprehensive BTL strategies, channel activation calendars, and investment allocations aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
- Execute BTL programs with on-ground excellence, ensuring consistent brand visibility, partner engagement, and consumer conversion across key channels.
- Track activation effectiveness through KPIs, ROI analysis, and market feedback to identify wins, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Codify learnings into standardized playbooks, tools, and ways of working that build capability across the team and enable regional knowledge sharing.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Marketing team to deliver exceptional activations and own the Customer Marketing system as a strategic capability.
- Develop channel-specific activation strategies, shape multi-year brand big bet roadmaps and investment strategy.
- Drive market activations with channel partners across On-Trade and Off-Trade to offer bespoke activities and consumer initiatives across important consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure brand compliance and luxury-in-trade standards; manage POSM, VAPs, and agency relationships.
- Deliver portfolio excellence, including pricing strategies, merchandise/category management, and the effective use of POSM and VAPs.
- Foster robust relationships with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to translate brand strategies into high-impact activation solutions.
- Manage BTL A&P budget, ensuring precise adherence and efficient resource utilization.
- Own the Customer Marketing operating system, including playbooks, RACI governance, and vendor frameworks.
- 10+ years of professional experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management within consumer industries.
- Demonstrated success in executing activations across both On-Trade and Off-Trade environments.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with ROI-focused mindset; systems thinking capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
