1. Act as the primary financial partner to Sales and Customer Marketing teams.
2. Support commercial strategy development including portfolio choices, channel priorities, and investment decisions.
3. Provide financial insight to influence pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
4. Lead North Asia cluster financial governance of pricing, discounts, and trade investment.
5. Evaluate commercial investments and enhance investment processes.
6. Ensure alignment of tools, KPIs, and methodologies across local Commercial Finance teams.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team.

1. 12–15+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Category Finance roles.
2. Proven track record in FMCG, wines & spirits, or other consumer sectors.
3. Experience in multi-country or matrix environments preferred.
4. Significant exposure to pricing, promotions, and P&L management.
5. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Korean is advantageous.

1. Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
2. Deep understanding of P&L drivers and pricing governance.
3. Excellent command of BI, forecasting, and analytics tools.
4. Strong business partnering and influencing skills.
5. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

12–15+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Category Finance roles, with a proven track record in FMCG, wines & spirits, or other consumer sectors.
