- Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the Talent Pooling process to develop talent and succession plans for key positions.
- Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the preparation of Talent presentations for top management.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with suggestions for corrective measures.
- Propose new dashboards and reports to monitor the performance and efficiency of HR initiatives.
- Perform external benchmarking on talent and suggest innovative approaches.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization.
- Fluent in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is beneficial.
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Team player with a positive attitude and flexible interpersonal style.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a genuine interest in people development and a minimum of 12 months of apprenticeship experience.
Master's degree program enrollment required.
Reimbursement of transportation costs at 75%, restaurant vouchers at 50%, and two days of remote work per week.
