1. Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
2. Contribute to the Talent Pooling process for talent development and succession planning.
3. Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
4. Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination and communication.
5. Support the preparation of Talent presentations for top management.
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with recommendations for improvement.
7. Propose new dashboards and reports to monitor performance and efficiency.
8. Conduct external research and benchmarks to suggest innovative talent approaches.

1. Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization.
2. Fluent in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

1. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and insight generation.
2. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
4. Excellent written and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
5. Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a genuine interest in people development and a minimum of 12 months of apprenticeship experience.

Master's degree program (HR specialization is a plus).

Includes 75% transportation reimbursement, 50% meal voucher card, and two days of remote work per week.
