- Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the Talent Pooling process for talent development and succession planning.
- Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination and communication.
- Support the preparation of Talent presentations for top management.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with recommendations for improvement.
- Propose new dashboards and reports to monitor performance and efficiency.
- Conduct external research and benchmarks to suggest innovative talent approaches.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization.
- Fluent in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and insight generation.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is a plus.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a genuine interest in people development and a minimum of 12 months of apprenticeship experience.
Master's degree program (HR specialization is a plus).
Includes 75% transportation reimbursement, 50% meal voucher card, and two days of remote work per week.
