Moët Hennessy Global Talent Management Assistant

- Participate in global talent management strategic initiatives, including reviewing organizational health and talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the Talent Pooling process to develop succession plans for key positions.
- Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the creation of on-demand Talent presentations for top management.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis with corrective measures suggestions.
- Propose dashboards and reports to track and monitor performance and efficiency of processes such as recruitment, learning, and career development.
- Perform external benchmarking on talent and suggest innovative approaches.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with a specialization in HR.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platform is a plus.
- Strong interest in people development.
- High standards of excellence in execution and autonomy.
- Data-oriented with advanced Excel skills for analysis.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions.
- Can-do attitude and team player with flexible interpersonal style.
- Excellent written and communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree program in progress, HR specialization preferred.
The position offers a 75% reimbursement of transportation costs, 50% coverage of meal vouchers, and two days of remote work per week.
