- Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the Talent Pooling process to develop succession plans for key positions.
- Develop engaging materials for the Performance Management initiative.
- Assist in the coordination and communication of LVMH talent management projects.
- Prepare Talent presentations for top management.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to suggest corrective measures.
- Propose dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment, learning, and performance management.
- Perform external benchmarking on talent management and suggest innovative approaches.
- Enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization.
- Minimum of 12 months of apprenticeship experience.
- Fluent in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
- Advanced data analysis and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Entry-level position suitable for those beginning their careers, ideally with some apprenticeship experience.
Currently pursuing a master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
