1. Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
2. Contribute to the Talent Pooling process to develop succession plans for key positions.
3. Develop engaging materials for the Performance Management initiative.
4. Assist in the coordination and communication of LVMH talent management projects.
5. Prepare Talent presentations for top management.
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to suggest corrective measures.
7. Propose dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment, learning, and performance management.
8. Perform external benchmarking on talent management and suggest innovative approaches.

1. Enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization.
2. Minimum of 12 months of apprenticeship experience.
3. Fluent in English and French; a third language is advantageous.

1. Advanced data analysis and Excel proficiency.
2. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
3. Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint.
4. Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Entry-level position suitable for those beginning their careers, ideally with some apprenticeship experience.

Currently pursuing a master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
