1. Coordinate and execute internal and external events within hospitality spaces at 142 rue du Bac, Paris.
2. Ensure seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders (general services, support functions, Maisons) and external partners (suppliers, guests).
3. Oversee service, logistics, and production aspects of events, ensuring operational excellence.
4. Act as the primary operational contact for event participants, including external providers, chefs, and hostesses.
5. Manage budgetary and administrative tasks, including budget tracking and invoicing in collaboration with the group's accounting department.
6. Maintain inventory and manage the wine cellar.
7. Cultivate relationships within the Events and Hospitality community across all Maisons.

1. Education in business school or hospitality management.
2. Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
