- Support the deployment of the Ethics & Compliance program and participate in compliance projects related to national and international regulations such as Sapin II, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and AML.
- Act as a liaison with various departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Internal Control, and maintain regular contact with over 40 E&C correspondents.
- Animate the E&C network through quarterly committees, thematic work sessions, and online forums.
- Revise internal procedures and policies in consultation with stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
- Develop internal training offerings related to Ethics & Compliance, including anti-corruption, international sanctions, supply chain risks, and anti-money laundering.
- Deploy corruption risk mapping across different Maisons and distribution subsidiaries and monitor the implementation of action plans.
- Provide operational support for third-party due diligence and digitalization of compliance processes.
- Manage daily governance of internal compliance tools, including training campaigns and alert handling.
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring on E&C topics.
- Enrollment in a leading business or engineering school, or in a Master's program (Master 2 / Bac+5) with a specialization in Compliance or a dual curriculum in Compliance and Law.
- Knowledge of Sapin II regulation and interest in other Compliance areas.
- Excellent written and oral English proficiency (additional language skills are advantageous).

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Reimbursement of 75% of transportation costs, meal vouchers at 50%, and two days of remote work per week.
