1. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
2. Coordinate with the regional Supply Planning team in Singapore to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
3. Review sales plans, budget updates, and demand drivers to improve planning processes.
4. Update monthly demand plans for timely replenishment across seven warehouses.
5. Manage imports and exports, ensuring compliance with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
6. Drive and support supply chain projects and process improvements.
7. Integrate Travel Retail forecasts and support the Private Client team forecasting process.

1. Tertiary education in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and achieving sales forecast accuracy.

1. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with IBP.
2. Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
3. Ability to manage and influence third-party teams.
4. Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain management.

Tertiary education in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.
