1. Assist the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, primarily the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Conduct compliance reviews for new projects, including Privacy By Design assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
3. Monitor the implementation of compliance recommendations with operational teams, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
4. Perform regular checks to ensure websites and data collection points comply with defined criteria, including information notices and cookies.
5. Organize and contribute to quarterly committees, thematic work sessions, and online exchange forums for the Compliance, Ethics & Data Protection network.
6. Support the implementation of deployment and remediation plans within the Data Protection program.
7. Review records of processing activities for quality and completeness.
8. Revise internal procedures and policies in collaboration with stakeholders from the Wines & Spirits branch.
9. Update training materials and facilitate training sessions.
10. Organize documentation demonstrating compliance with Data Protection regulations.

1. Currently enrolled in a top business school, engineering school, or pursuing a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Data Protection (Master 2 / Bac+5).

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
2. Strong writing skills and excellent oral communication.
3. Adaptability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
4. Curiosity, rigor, and strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Proficiency in office tools and a strong interest in digitalization; knowledge of OneTrust is a plus.
6. Sense of confidentiality and discretion.

Beginner level experience in data protection or related fields.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law, Business, or Engineering with a focus on Data Protection.
