- Assist the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, primarily the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Conduct compliance reviews for new projects, including Privacy By Design assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Monitor the implementation of compliance recommendations with operational teams, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
- Perform regular checks to ensure websites and data collection points comply with defined criteria, including information notices and cookies.
- Organize and contribute to quarterly committees, thematic work sessions, and online exchange forums for the Compliance, Ethics & Data Protection network.
- Support the implementation of deployment and remediation plans within the Data Protection program.
- Review records of processing activities for quality and completeness.
- Revise internal procedures and policies in collaboration with stakeholders from the Wines & Spirits branch.
- Update training materials and facilitate training sessions.
- Organize documentation demonstrating compliance with Data Protection regulations.
- Currently enrolled in a top business school, engineering school, or pursuing a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Data Protection (Master 2 / Bac+5).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Strong writing skills and excellent oral communication.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, rigor, and strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in office tools and a strong interest in digitalization; knowledge of OneTrust is a plus.
- Sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Beginner level experience in data protection or related fields.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law, Business, or Engineering with a focus on Data Protection.
