Moët Hennessy Customer Marketing Intern

- Support the department in all trade activities and business needs, including promotional campaigns and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with Brand and Commercial teams to execute trade activities.
- Coordinate marketing collaterals and activation tools.
- Ensure timely distribution of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) to trade partners, including tracking and delivery.
- Assist in managing and reducing Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) POSM.
- Prepare POSM maintenance and inventory reports.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for Free of Charge (FOC) bottles requests, including order processing, inventory checks, and shipment arrangements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of FOC bottles inventory.
- Prepare monthly FOC bottles reports.
- Support tracking of Brand Ambassadors for all trade activities.
- Assist with daily administrative duties and compile monthly competitive activities.
- Generate monthly trade activities reports.
- Undergraduate with a background in Marketing.
- Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and efficiently organize time, projects, and processes.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in Marketing.
- Creativity in developing trade marketing materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills, including planning and execution of events.
- Teamwork and collaboration with brand and commercial teams.
Beginner
Undergraduate with a background in Marketing.
Interns will gain valuable insights into the luxury wines and spirits industry, develop new skills, and have the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting.
