1. Maintain core global process governance frameworks, policies, and procedures through a standardized document process.
2. Define and enrich global standards for the controlling process.
3. Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements across all regions and entities.
4. Coordinate and animate the business process community; collect and review business needs; prioritize needs and conduct first-level arbitration.
5. Collaborate with regional, Maisons, and functional teams to align processes with business needs.
6. Act as the key point of contact for process-related inquiries, challenges, and escalations.
7. Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure system capabilities support process requirements.
8. Identify opportunities to optimize master data processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
9. Lead and manage global projects aimed at improving master data management and data quality.
10. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
11. Monitor and measure process performance, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
12. Build key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of processes.
13. Develop and deliver training programs for processes and policies.
14. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of processes and systems.
15. Work with IT teams to ensure master data systems are aligned with process improvements; ensure that the IS ecosystem addressing the end-to-end process is consistent, harmonized, and optimized.
16. Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance master data management capabilities.

1. Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

1. Proficiency in controlling/Excel/Office software, profound understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, EPM tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, ONeStream) and modern IT tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau for data visualization; SQL for data extraction).
2. Ability to leverage technology to automate and streamline financial processes.
3. Excellent listening and written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management and adapt to diverse work styles and environments.
5. Leadership, conviction and influence, constructive approach in all circumstances.
6. Highly organized, analytical, problem solving and capable of synthesizing complex information, rigor and methodical approach.
7. Ability to work autonomously, time/priority effective management, and drive results with limited direction.
8. Strong customer-service orientation, coupled with a sense of urgency, to ensure timely advancement and resolution of all program topics.
9. Adaptability and flexibility, resilience and perseverance, ability to manage tense and stressful situations.

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Controlling with a proven track record in multi-country/multi-site environments.

Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
