- Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans in alignment with company and Maison guidelines.
- Manage and optimize the budget, ensuring effective allocation of ATL and BTL expenditures.
- Oversee the execution of 360-degree brand engagement activities in collaboration with communication, trade marketing, and sales departments.
- Support the Brand Activation Calendar and ensure its flawless execution, providing regular updates to commercial, communication, and trade marketing teams.
- Drive event, PR, and brand image-building activities from ideation to launch, working closely with the communication department and third-party suppliers.
- Develop detailed plans for new product launches, including event and PR strategies, and on-trade and off-trade activations.
- Deliver clear consumer insights to the sales team, including competitor analysis and consumer segmentation.
- Monitor market trends and conduct internal sales analysis by brand, channel, and region.
- Maintain regular communication with Maison on operational matters and coordinate visits.
- Participate in organizing VIC dinners and conduct post-event evaluations.
- Monitor and track POSM stock to ensure optimal allocation.
- Foster teamwork and encourage innovative thinking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Brand Manager.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and multi-dimensional tools such as ESSBASE and EOS.
- Creative and digitally savvy with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation and experience in a collaborative environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and commercial and trade marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
