1. Develop and implement brand strategies and plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
2. Create innovative brand-led experiential events and communication campaigns.
3. Drive promotions and marketing support to achieve brand image and consumer value perception.
4. Build and execute PR and digital plans in partnership with agencies.
5. Lead financial management of brand objectives, including P&L and A&P expenditure.
6. Conduct regular analysis of brand performance and competitor strategies.
7. Communicate effectively with sales teams and coordinate with external agencies.
8. Lead new product development projects and write business and marketing plans.

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
2. Knowledge of new business, loyalty, and digital products.
3. Understanding of RTM (Route to Market) of products.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Experience in the wines sector is preferred.
