1. Maintain core global process governance frameworks, policies, and procedures through a standard document process.
2. Define and enrich global standards for accounting processes.
3. Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements across all regions and entities.
4. Coordinate and animate the business process community; collect, review business needs; prioritize needs and manage first-level arbitration.
5. Collaborate with regional, Maisons, and functional teams to align processes with business needs.
6. Act as the key point of contact for process-related inquiries, challenges, and escalations.
7. Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure system capabilities support process requirements.
8. Endorse the 'Record to Report' Global Process Owner role.
9. Identify opportunities to optimize master data processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
10. Lead and manage global projects aimed at improving master data management and data quality.
11. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
12. Monitor and measure process performance, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
13. Build key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of processes.
14. Develop and deliver training programs for processes and policies.
15. Manage change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of processes and systems.
16. Work with IT teams to ensure master data systems are aligned with process improvements.
17. Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance master data management capabilities.

1. Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA).
3. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in accounting with a proven track record in multi-country/multi-site environments.
4. Proficiency in accounting principles (Local & Group IFRS standards) including specific industry standards.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and profound understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, SyRUS, TOPAZ) and modern IT tools and technologies (Power BI).
6. Experience managing projects related to financial systems implementation or process improvement.
7. Understanding of lean management, Six Sigma principles or other in a financial context.
