1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to grow market share.
2. Enhance distribution across all channels, including On, Off, and eRetail.
3. Serve as an industry-recognized ambassador for MH brands through exceptional storytelling and product knowledge.
4. Support digital transformation initiatives with visible activations.
5. Deliver commercial objectives and maintain 100% distribution compliance.
6. Monitor competitor activities and provide updates in territory reports.
7. Develop and execute activation programs across accounts.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage credit and payment collections efficiently.
10. Participate in market visits and sales meetings to share best practices.

1. College/University degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2. Excellent numerical, analytical, and statistical abilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven sales skills and ability to work autonomously.

At least 3 years of sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company. Thorough knowledge of wine and spirits products and a good understanding of On, Off, and eRetail channels.

College/University graduate major in Business or equivalent
