1. Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks.
2. Verify the conformity of shipments with delivery notes and reception programs.
3. Monitor the quality and compliance of incoming and outgoing goods.
4. Transmit delivery slips and reception sheets to relevant departments.
5. Conduct stock transfers in accordance with assigned instructions and locations.
6. Perform necessary data entries to validate all physical stock movements.
7. Conduct periodic inventories and participate in ongoing stock inventory.
8. Manage non-compliant lots by placing them in designated areas.
9. Perform labeling or repackaging operations as required.
10. Supply internal and external clients by operating automatic storage equipment.
11. Coordinate with production coordinators to ensure manufacturing schedules are followed.
12. Adhere to procedures for the availability of dry goods on production lines, following FIFO principles.
13. Alert planning teams in case of component shortages.
14. Verify product code nomenclature.
15. Retrieve unused dry goods post-production and return them to stock.
16. Maintain and clean equipment and work environment.
17. Regularly monitor the condition of goods.
18. Determine dry goods needs based on daily planning.
19. Receive manufacturing programs and information from scheduling services.
20. Transmit preparations and loading information to the shipping department.
21. Comply with safety regulations for people and property, wearing necessary PPE.
22. Report any safety risks identified.

1. Possession of CACES 3 certification.

1. Proficiency with IT tools such as SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and storage software.
2. Ability to draft emails for internal clients.
